Mussoorie suffered an unprecedented situation with heavy torrential rains causing damage and destruction all around. The Mussoorie - Dehradun road suffered heavy landslides with big boulders coming down from the mountains along the route. The roads broke down; the historical bridges on the way to Dehradun, couldn't survive nature's fury. The roads were broken at around 18 places on the route to Dehradun, causing delays in the supply of essential services. Even in Mussoorie, there were small landslides, and trees have also fallen at many places. As a result, lives have come to standstill - daily routes disrupted, schools and institutions closed. 

CJM Hampton Court prays for the safety of all the people of Mussoorie and Uttarakhand at large. We pray for lives getting back to normal and hope we prioritize harmony with nature above everything.
