Convent of Jesus and Mary, Hampton Court is an English-medium school. The academic year starts in March and ends in November. The year is divided into two terms. The course comprises of all that is prescribed by the code of Regulations for Council for the Indian School Certificate Examination (CISCE), New Delhi.

The curriculum includes the teaching of English Language and Literature, Hindi, Sanskrit, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, History and Civics, Geography, Accounts, Commerce, Economics, Business Studies, Computer Science, Environmental Studies, Value Education and Community Service.

Beside the academic subjects the students participate in Health and Physical Education, Art and Craft, Music, Dance, Work Experience (SUPW) and Hobby Clubs. Physical training, Games and Sports are compulsory activities in the School Curriculum.
